You walk in and immediately notice how well everything is taken care of. The staff? The rooms were a very solid size, plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. And the bed — unbelievably soft. The kind of soft where you lie down “just for a minute” and suddenly it’s morning. Truly excellent. Overall, a strong stay. Clean place, great people, comfortable rooms. Hard to beat. "

"Not impress with the staff regarding them trying to sell me one of there timeshares however since I don't have a husband I didn't qualify for the gifts. Single mothers are very successful on there own and don't always need a man. So being judged by that did not sit well. "

"Room was very unorthodox. Looked nice just bad Reno. Walls are paper thin, rooms have the doors between units and have about one inch opening on the bottom. The people next door smoked drugs and cigarettes all night and day and filled our room with smoke continuously. Asked for our money back and let us leave. All lies, staff horrible. Manager horrible. Never got our money back. Good work westgate. Garbage. Second westgate I have stayed at and both were horrible. But good news westgate got my money. Go anywere else then here!"
