"The room was clean and very convenient to be so close to the Terminal with a young child but the room lacked plug sockets next to the bed and a couple of the light switches didn’t work. A good stay though"

"Great stay, convenient to get to/from Heathrow (about 5 minute walk from the tube station). Pool has different hours for children, they can only swim until 6pm and then it’s adults only. "

"Lovely hotel. Friendly service and front desk. Good location for the O2 empire and good commuter links to the rest of London. Nice sized bed and rooms, even the no window/basement rooms are perfect for short stays. Only negative was we tried to use their little breakfast service, by hanging a bag from your room on the door handle, and they should deliver food in the morning, but no one collected ours so we didn’t get anything, which was a shame."
