"From reception through to the waiting staff and the cleaning staff we felt welcome and valued. Our deluxe double room was pristine. Bottled water awaited us and was supplied daily, along with luxury biscuits. Special mention to Ana and Renijini (Sorry if ive mis-spelled this wonderful young woman's name) - both of these women went the extra mile to enhance our restaurant experience. We'll be back."

"The hotel is useful as a basic stop over. Room was basic, decor requires attention in terms of cleaning and renovation. Parking was £6 per day although the staff didn’t tell me that on street parking is free on Sunday so I wasted money. The water supply for the shower was weak and only reached tepid and exciting the shower was cold. I am not going back to this hotel again."

Airlines and other hotels don’t have issues like this. Ridiculous policy, when booking a hotel consideration of brand and loyalty definitely forms part of the decision. Then this and no point earned…"
