"The person who helped us check in was extremely helpful. We had trouble getting the parking paid for with the app and he comped the parking! Very nice! Our room lights didn’t all work, the bathroom had a lot of hair in it but the hotel in general was clean. There was a huge stain on the bed and the patio door in one of our rooms was broken. "
