Very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant. Well maintained and clean. Only drawback was the absence of an in-room Safe though they did have them at the front desk.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was great. Lots of options. Not your typical "continental breakfast". Coffee/tea were always available.

We arrived from Michigan over 2 hours prior to check in and the staff were fabulous and allowed us to chrck in and have immediate access to the room

This hotel has very hard beds. The pool isn’t heated and we requested a handicap room on reservation and it was denied. The breakfast is horrible powered eggs and meatless breakfast. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Attentive Staff/Disappointing Property
Staff was very friendly and responsive to issues however they were unable to address all issues. I will not be staying at this property again. Both the mattress on the bed and the pull-out couch were worn badly. Linens for pull-out bed were stored in a plastic pouch and were previously put away damp and thus covered in mold upon opening. Bathroom constantly had a sewage odor. Asked to have room changed, but was told they couldn't do anything as they were at full occupancy. Last straw was the fire alarm going off at 9am on or last day.

Very family friendly. The person on duty when we arrived, Jordan, was really kind. The smell when you walk into the lobby just says…clean. Lots of smiles from all the employees. Great stay!

Family Time
This is my new to go place when I am away from home. I come often to spend time with family. Everyone is friendly. The staff is accommodating and ready to ensure that you have what you need. There are plenty of eateries nearby and 95 within minutes. The price is right depending on the time you make reservations. Breakfast is a plus with a variety of choices.

Had a problem with the air conditioner leaking and then making loud noises. They did address it but sadly the room smelled bad like wet carpet smell so we wanted to switch to another room the same size but there wasn’t any - we settled for a smaller room - it was a big inconvenience. It happens - I felt they should have given us two new rooms to accommodate the problem with the amount of people we had because we needed the suite.
