It's just alright, nothing special or nothing bad
The house, outdoor entertaining area and pool/hot tub could all use a nice deep clean. The house is well used and many of the amenities don't work well, ie living room tv flashes and the outdoor TV remote doesn't work. Overall the stay was ok, plenty of space .

Adorable home with an amazing back patio!
We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable home. It was perfect for us and we loved the outside area. The pool was great, hot tub was awesome, and there was so much room to hang out outside, the covered patio was great for hanging out of the sun and eating meals. We would love to come back next time we are in the area.

The covered hot tub and dining area and the pool were the best part. The hot tub temp was perfect. Especially, since it rained half the time we were there. Having the the privacy was another huge win for us. For people with kids there is a park within a short walking distance.

Lovely house with warmer weather
Enjoyed the stay. Check in was easy and Rose was a great source of information about the area. Pool and hot tub were very clean. It is in the path of planes taking off but honestly it wasn't loud at all and we enjoyed seeing all the different types of planes in the air. Kitchen was well stocked and very comfortable chairs to watch TV. Would definitely recommend.

Cute place better for family outings than romance
We have been out of "city" living for many years, so others may not have been surprised by the amount of ambient noise at most hours of the day and night. This property is not only close to the Fort Lauderdale airport, it is directly in-line with the short-final landings and take-offs at times every minute or less. The property itself is really a bit of a gem in an unexpected place. The hot-tub and outdoor area were our favorites. We did have a bit of a bug issue throughout the stay (primarily the kitchen and laundry areas) and low-temp hot-tub when we arrived. We were able to google the low-temp issue and resolve it. The provided directions to "fix" the low-temp issue were unable to achieve the desired results.

Awesome Backyard!
This is a quaint house that was clean and full of surprises. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a rain shower -- the master opens up to the pool area and the most amazing backyard with wood/ metal outside covered bar area, TV, large table, couch with a firepit and a big hot tub, BBQ grill and lounge chairs. The backyard is also full of tropical plants/ flowers and is fenced so you have complete privacy. We spent most of our time out back as it was so beautiful and relaxing out there. Each room inside has a TV and the house also has a laundry room. The location is central to most everything- Los Olas Blvd, Riverfront, Sawgrass Mills etc. Would definitely book here again!

Rose is the best host, hands down, on VRBO. If you require anything, she is immediately available. The house is so inviting and just a great place. The bed is so comfortable. The house was immaculate upon arrival. Cooking in the kitchen was a gift, as I wasn't up to going out every night. I would recommend booking this location AND this host immediately. No, I have never met this young lady. No, I didn't receive anything for this review. I have stayed twice and will only stay here from now on, IF she has availability. Hopefully so!

Quaint house. The outdoor space is what really makes this property. If you are wanting quiet, just know this is in the flight path for airport. It is tolerable though. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located too.

Great Stay
We were lucky to find Rose and her property. We previously had a trip booked to Pompano Beach, but 10 days prior to us arriving the Host cancelled our reservation due to an issue with the house. we had to act fast to stay in our date range, when we found this property. I cannot say enough about Rose, she really helped us out. She also helped us plan where to go in the area. We had a Blast! The Hot tub was wonderful! I highly recommend this property!! We will stay again on our next trip to Florida. Thanks again Rose, you're the Best!!!!

The initial curb appeal is disappointing and could use some work, lawn and driveway look sad. The pool skimmers were broken and when I let Rose know she had one brought over. The house could use a thorough cleaning. The blinds were dirty and food bits in the drawer under the oven. I had to sweep out by the pool so more debris didn't end up in the pool. The propane tank for the fire pit ran out after one use and wasn't replaced when I notified Rose. There were 5 light bulbs inside and outside that didn't work. Hopefully those 2 issues were resolved for the next people since I notified Rose. The blinds in the master bedroom have 2 panels missing so the room gets light in the morning. There is lots of noise from the planes and pool filter. I brought ear plugs and a white noise machine to help me deal with the noise after reading reviews. The lounge chairs weren't the ones in the picture. The hot tub was stuck on an eco setting but my husband figured out how to change it after some researching. The chemicals in the hot tub seemed a bit off since they made our eyes water just sitting in it and you couldn't be in it long. We did enjoy watching tv and eating outside. The master bedroom was nicely decorated. Having the washer and dryer were nice. The water did run hot even on cold as another guest had mentioned. I tried it on every setting and all were hot. Located not that far from Publix, Trader Joe's, COSTCO and other stores and restaurants.

I'm sorry you found the curb appeal not to your liking. We try to keep it as simple as possible but will take another look at what we can do. Unfortunately guests change the timer on the pool pump and our cleaning staff does not check which is why it was working during the night. Had I known I would have fixed that easily for you. I purchased a locking timer to prevent this going forward. The lounge chairs are frequently changed as they are broken. We replaced with a more durable chair. I will update photos. The hot tub does get stuck on eco. I have now included a plaque outside on how to get it out of that mode. Again I would have fixed for you right away before you needed to spend any time on it had I known. The hot tub chemicals are maintained by a professional pool company I will reach out to them to check levels. The washing machine someone turned off cold water valve we need to look into locking the valves. I'm glad you were still able to wash clothes. Again could have been a quick fix if you let me know. We did find 2 lights out, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. I could have replaced the blind panels quickly as I keep extras if you had let me know. As for the propane you told us not to come, you were not going to use the pit, so I respected your privacy. There are also 2 spare full tanks by the pool pump. Any time a guest has any issues I am very responsive. It's my intention you have stress free vacation.

We had 3 adults and it was perfect. Outside area is amazing! Location was good as we were going to baseball games in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great vacation home
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. We had one issue and brought it to the owner’s attention and it was corrected immediately. The neighborhood was quiet with the exception of the planes flying overhead. The neighborhood is in the flight path for Ft. Lauderdale airport but we enjoyed watching all the different airplanes come and going. We would definitely stay here again

I really wanna leave a negative review so no one else will rent this AMAZING hidden gem so i can move in! First, and FOREMOST, Rose is the best host on VRBO HANDS DOWN!!!! She is kind, quick to answer and address issues, and just wonderful! The house is quiet, comfortable, homey and we loved it. Other than getting a new cleaning crew, which is not Rose's fault, I would say this is an IDEAL rental! Hot tub was fixed while we were there. No big deal. The gentleman was kind and apologetic. The pool was wonderful. The outdoor area was calming and great to have. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The bedroom was comfortable and I slept soundly. I will rent again....if she has availability! Thank you so much, Rose! You are amazing!!

Cute Little Place w/ Great Outdoor Space
We loved our stay here! The inside space is small but very functional. The bathroom is updated, not very big but fine for one person to shower and get ready. The kitchen was stocked with great dishware, blender, toaster, coffee pop (Keurig and regular). There is no dishwasher. The laundry area is big, even on cold the water ran hot, may have been operator error but i dont think so. The house is at the end of the street in a working class neighborhood. The outdoor space is spectacular - great pool, hot tub, television outdoors under a covered area that was spacious and relaxing. BBQ was also great. We spent almost all our time here. The property could have been a little cleaner inside. The kitchen cabinets could use some updating. We will be back.

Avation enthusiast paradise home!
If your an avation enthusiast this is the house for you! This house sits in the direct path of Fort Lauderdale Int'l Airport. The house was as described. The only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the house. It wasn't bad it just coulve been vacuumed better and I had to clean the ceiling fan off in the bedroom so we wouldn't get covered in dust when we turned it on. You can clearly hear the pool filter running in the master bedroom when your trying to sleep. The covering over the hot tub was much appreciated especially when we used it during a hurricane.

Parents weekend at NOVA
Check in was simple with an electronic key entry. The house was in a perfect location for convenience to NOVA for parents weekend and excursions to the beach and Everglades Holiday Park. The inside of the home was nicely appointed with all the necessities. On the small side but its Florida. We spent most of our time outside which is very impressive. Pool, hot tub, firepit, covered dining area and outside bar with TV. Host was pleasurable and quick to respond. We were scheduled to arrive as Hurricane Ian devastated the West coast the day before. She was understanding should our flight be canceled and need to reschedule. There was an issue with the gas fire pit that was fixed the next morning. My only request would be 4 beach chairs available for the amount of guests the home can accommodate. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Needs Updates
We chose this property for its proximity to our son’s college, as he was being dropped off for the upcoming academic year. We also thought it looked fun with the pool and outdoor area, having traveled to drop him off in the past, knew it was great to have a pool. Most of the nicer properties in this area are closer to the coast, but this one looked like it met our needs. My biggest concerns with this property was that it was just not well remodels or maintained. All the painting looked very rough, and the yard was really lacking maintenance, the front bed along the house had one living plant in it and lots of dead plant growth. The driveway is gravel, and had many weeds in it The neighborhood had houses that were pretty poorly maintained, had all vehicles parked on the lawns, etc. The electrical system was a little crazy, when we arrived in the very early morning hours due to a late flight, we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights inside the home. The switch inside the door had been deactivated, and the first light switch we found it worked was at the opposite side of the house. Another disappointment was the lack dishwasher, no one wants to be hand washing dishes on vacation. The laundry facilities were nice and much appreciated, but in a back porch room that was unair-conditioned and had a lot of extra stuff in it. The backyard also had a lot of old items just tossed around against the fence. The outdoor eating area is nice, although the pool is tightly crammed into a side yard with barely room to walk around it, it is not fenced, and can be accessed directly from the house for the littles. We used the pool only one time, it was really too hot to enjoy it, and the next-door neighbor got up on top of his boat stores in his side yard and started the engine for about an hour, and also peered over the fence at us. My guess is he didn’t like living next-door to a vacation home. A city inspector knocked at the door one day and dropped off a notice of violation related to the hot tub, so we never use that, concerned that the electrical connection might be dangerous. This house is quite tiny, does not have good beds and very much needs a new kitchen (drawers don’t open). I do want to say that the manager was super responsive with all of our questions about the home. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s, but this is was below standards and definitely not a place we would feel comfortable going back to.

I'm sorry you did not enjoy the home but am glad you recognized our prompt action to your continual multiple concerns. The landscaping, yard and driveway we called for an extra cut and weed during your short stay. In the rainy season in our tropical climate- it grows like a jungle. The homes in the neighborhood, house next to us sold for $325k in the last 6 months. The neighborhood is blue collar and low crime as described in the listing. For the lights I explained that the wall switch had to be up for the light to work. I’m sorry if that confused you. It is disclosed in the listing that the home does not have a dishwasher. The laundry room is air conditioned. “It was too hot to enjoy the pool.” Actually, pools are very refreshing, especially when it’s hot. Code enforcement came by to finalize and close out the permit on the brand new hot tub. I explained this to you but I realize the permit process is complicated.

Our 2nd time staying at this location and we loved it just as much as the 1st time. We were outdoors from the morning to the night in the beautiful weather. Cooked on the grill and sat by the fire pit. I recommend this awesome house.

This is our second time staying here and we would definitely book again. The outdoor space has everything you would want on a vacation- pool, hot tub, covered bar area with tv, and a gas fire place. It was also only about a 20 minute Uber to downtown Fort Lauderdale.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the beach. Newer furnishings in the backyard, brand new grill, brand new hot tub. They have done a wonderful job with the backyard area. Great reclining comfortable sofas and smart tvs. Dated kitchen. It is in the line of airplanes landing at the airport. That is loud and often but it only really bothered us early in the morning. Our kids liked to watch the planes.

Nice Long Weekend
Rented this property during a long weekend with our kids. The backyard/pool/patio are the star of the show. The inside is sufficient, could use a little TLC, however, we’d rent again! Easy check in, host was great with communication! Great value at this price point.

Simple but very effective!
At 1st I was very nervous that it will be too small as I'm accustomed to renting a big home. However, the coziness when I entered made me feel at home which was awesome! Very comfortable beds. Very clean home. Accessible washer and dryer for our convenience. It was just 4 of us so it was perfect. 3 ladies 1 guy 1 bathroom does not work lol. But that's on us. The backyard was everything! So detailed very luxurious feeling it brought to our vacation. We did not spend much time at the house as we were there for the carnival in Miami. The time that we did spend, We utilized the heck out of that backyard lol. Thank you for having us and we will surely consider Renting again.
