Stay in the heart of Wilton Manors at this beautifully renovated mid-century ranch with a private heated pool and plenty of indoor/outdoor living space. Perfectly located just off N. Andrews Ave and Oakland Park Blvd, you’ll be within walking distance of Wilton Drive’s restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Las Olas Boulevard and beach are just 10 minutes away, with Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Pompano Beach 15 mins away.

The Space:
This is our personal vacation home, furnished comfortably and feels a step above your average rental. The open layout features:

• 4 sleeping rooms & 2 full bathrooms
• 2 spacious living areas: a 75” Sony Smart TV with Bose soundbar + a second lounge with plush recliners
• Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, ice/water fridge, and Keurig coffee bar (pods provided)
• Smart TVs in every bedroom (65”) with access to streaming apps for Netflix, Hulu, etc. (no cable)
• Onsite laundry
• Office area that doubles as a 4th bedroom with sleeper sofa

• No parties or large gatherings
• No unregistered guests allowed
• No pets ($500 fee for violations)
• No smoking inside ($500 fine)
• Do not tamper with pool heater (contact management if needed)
• Driveway parking only (up to 4 cars) - absolutely no street parking or parking in yard.

Other Things to Note:
-You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.
-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
