Beautiful apartment. Easy access , excellent access to city centre . Apartment itself was clean and warm which was much appreciated as temperature was -1degrees. I will definitely return.

Stayed in a fully furnished one bedroom, one bath apartment that was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, glassware, even basic spices and cooking oil, coffee and tea, detergent tabs for the dishwasher mixing bowls, etc. The staff working there are genuinely interested in making their guests’ experiences good, and take pride in their work - it showed in the daily interactions not only with me, but with what I witnessed. Parking to unload bags required a bit of creativity, but the location is honestly so conveniently located, and parking is easily walkable, so that totally made up for it. Highly recommend Harrogate Lifestyle Luxury Serviced Apartments!

Scrupulously clean modernized apartment in a great location kitted out with all appliances and conveniences one could wish for in an apartment accommodation. Our host could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We were staying only two nights but were made to feel like very valued guests. We would happily stay there again whenever we return to Harrogate.

Location and condition of property was excellent. Instructions provided were first class. Jubilee car park about 3 minute walk left vehicle in secure parking for nearly 2 days and only cost £19.

I thought the apartment was a clean convenient peaceful light and airy place to return to after being out. It suited my needs very well (I attended G&S performances next door). The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen facilities were a real treat to use although the food preparation area was virtually nil which made cooking difficult. Also it would have been useful to have known in advance what facilities were there saving me bringing along say, tea and coffee. Prep knives could be sharpened. Excellent shower - a squeegee would be useful. COVID restrictions were a bit OTT but complied, when remembered. Taking rubbish out info. was a bit vague esp. when the big bin outside was found to be locked. Saw no staff there in the lobby, just a wee dog:) But deserved of the excellent rating and would go again.

Lovely flat with all the amenities of home. Great location in the middle of town. Staff unobtrusive, but helpful-- a shout out to Andrew for helping us sort out a problem with our rental car. Tiny shower the only drawback. Absolutely where we'll stay on our next visit to Harrogate.

It was all good however it was very inconvenient having to park 15 mins away from the property also the paid parking round the corner didn’t accept cards and we had no cash so one of us had to stay at the car while the other made 4 trips to the apartment and back!

The jubilee car park at the back of the property does accept card for the pay machine so we're not sure where you parked sorry about this as it's out of our control being a public car parking area. We're sorry this was inconvenient but hope everything with the apartment was to your liking.

Excellent and value for money.
Excellent apartment, everything you would need and more. Very clean and attention to detail in the present situation is obvious of high standards. Perfect location for all amenities. Conference centre just across the road. Although on a main road it was quiet. Customer service team are friendly and very helpful, even when you ring to say you have the wrong key and not noticed the other key on the ring !! Looking forward to staying again.
