"Room was clean and bathroom very nice it looks as if the room has been recently renovated. We were on the 14th floor. Everyone is friendly Janet at the front desk assisted to book another night. The coffee clutch is great in the morning and the woman who runs it is so very efficient and makes sure the coffee runs steadily. "

"Room and.location were good. Check in was a nightmare due to log line. We had somewhere to be so left bags with bag service instead if checking in which saved a lot of time. Bag service was great. "

"Ahmed Abdelkader at the front desk made us feel welcome. He recognized us on many occassions treated us as important guests. IHC is lucky to have him."
