"Room was clean and well equipped. Staff were excellent, especially Nick at the bar. Didn't try the restaurant. Hotel generally was clean and well looked after and the grounds are pleasant. In a nice area with good transport into the city, although this is walkable. Only downside was the "nominal" fee for parking was £15 per night. "

"A very enjoyable short stay at the hotel when presenting at a conference at the same hotel. Excellent accommodation, good breakfast, impressive decor, and great conference room. Highly recommended."

"We thought the hotel was great. Where the Novotel hotel is, everything you want and need is within walking distance. Again great place."

"Breakfast had a choice of hot cereal and pastries. But limited but for the price was ok. Staff were friendly and athough just off a busy road hotel was tucked away. Toby cavery bext door so wasy to get a evening meal "

"Enjoyed our stay, staff was very helpful. My daughter wasn't feeling well and they let us check into one room early so she could lie down. Only a one night stay but very clean, nice location and staff very friendly and helpful. I've also stayed at the Moxy Heathrow which was also an enjoyable experience."
