The property is perfect for two families on a beach vacation with the kids, four couples on an adult-only getaway, or grandparents, parents, and children making memories that won't soon be forgotten. This condo has two secluded master bedroom suites, each with a king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The two other suites are located on a separate floor, one with a bunk bed and trundle and the other with two queen size beds and a shared bathroom. This tri-level layout provides privacy and space for relaxation and comfortable common areas for all to share.

The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area on the Omni Resort grounds, and this villa is located in the "up front" buildings with the best views and is closest to beach access. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious, newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.

Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.

Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.
