Great amount of space with fenced backyard.

Great amount of space, has everything you need,short drive to the beach and shopping and food. Love the backyard space, even with the pond out back mosquitoes are not a problem. Nick is a great host.

Jax bch best

We have stayed at several rentals around Jax bch and this is our fave! Very clean, comfortable and great location. Nick responds quick to your questions and is a wonderful host. Look forward to staying again!

Great place at the beach

This was a wonderful place. Clean, excellent location and great amenities. It was really nice that they allow pets. Our dogs are our children and the back yard and everything was great. We especially appreciated the cookies, banana bread, selection of coffee and tea and the nice bottle of wine. I highly recommend this house for a stay in Jax beach.

The perfect getaway

Such a cute place! We loved out stay. Easy access neighborhood makes getting in and out of Jax Beach easy and the accommodations itself were great. Very happy.

Great hospitality

We had to be in Jax Beach for a family event, and this place happened to be closest to the venue. But it ended up being the best place I’ve yet found through VRBO. It’s a good-sized house in a quiet neighborhood, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated, with lots of attention to the little details that make for a great stay. I very highly recommend.

Perfect Jax Beach house

This cute house on the water was homey and comfortable. Super quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Nicolas was easy to communicate with and the check in/out procedure was a breeze. Beds were comfortable..the house had everything you need for a nice stay!

Top quality, super clean, relaxing, spacious, had everything you would need and the décor was pretty cool to look at too! The patio and deck overlooking the water is super relaxing loved watching the Ducks and Turtles! Nick is a wonderful host answered every question quickly and check in and out was flawless.
