"We had had quite a difficult year, and decided at very short notice to book a few days away.We couldn't have chosen a more idyllic place. This cottage delighted us in every way. It is cosy, warm, quiet, comfortable, with a wonderful little garden, and the best equipped kitchen of any holiday let we've ever stayed in. And we have stayed in quite a few! "Wonderful stay here, much better than I could have anticipated. The staff are lovely and there's nothing they can't do for you. Worth noting, we travelled when the weather conditions turned horrific with the snow. This venue has a lot of travellers stranded and opened up their function room to help those stranded (all rooms were booked) - absolutely wonderful to see as they more than extended their hospitality and they should be commended for that. "
