Great hotel, easy to navigate. Bed was comfy, tub was great. Thermostat was broken and the shower door came off. But besides that it was a good 2 night stay.

The room was great. It’s that we did not know it was owner owned. That’s the first time I’ve heard of it. The room did not get cleaned or garbage taken out unless we call the host which is Hotels.com I guess to let them know. We were told that hotel workers can not go into the room without permission from the owner or host. When I booked the room I did not see anything stating that. Other than that the stay was good.

I asked for a nice room and was immediately cut off saying the rooms are already pre picked and cannot be changed as they are like air and b.. belonging to a person and they rent it out … lucky the room I had was good and was happy… very roomy, clean and comfortable. They don’t have self parking and spent more than 60 dollars in tips for a couple of days .. also having to wait 10 to 20 min for my car every time. On the last night, they ran out of valet space and told me to park at rhe mgm self parking about 20 min walk from the place … parking situation was a 2 out of 10

This Location in Expedia was not managed by The Signature MGM so I had some communication issues when I had questions. Being a part of the MGM Grand campus is a bonus and the local on premise cafe - Delights - had excellent friendly service.

The check in and people working there were amazing. The people throughout the property were very responsive and nice. Great rooms that are far nicer than similar 5 star hotels. Convenient location that makes it very easy to travel to other venues quickly to go to shows, etc.

Perfect Stay for Families Visiting Vegas

after a day at the hockey tournament with our kids and couldn't be happier. Our room, complete with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the Strip, is the perfect retreat for relaxation. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the convenience of complimentary valet parking is a big plus. Highly recommend for families visiting Vegas for sports events or any occasion

The staff was incredibly friendly and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The free valet parking was a huge convenience, making it easy to come and go. Our room was spotless and offered a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip. We could even see the Sphere from our balcony, which made the experience even more special. Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas.
