Great stay

We had a great time in this house for a week. We love Southpoint and we were close. But also not real far from the south end of the strip. It’s in a safe neighborhood and the house is as advertised. Would stay there again.

Place was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet.

The carpets are extremely dirty. Probably original and have never been cleaned. Listing states paper towel soap and shampoo are provided but they were not. There was not even hand soap in the bathrooms. Less than a roll of toilet paper was provided. Bed frame was so unstable we had to put mattress on the ground. The towels had stains. Th window blinds were covered in dust.

House in Vegas

Everything was great, good communication except I was charged for 31 nights and only was allowed to stay 30. Forced to check out in middke if the stay with no refund for that night
