We stayed here a night before we flew out and it was a nice, clean resort. The front desk lady, Dee, was very nice and very informative and accommodating. This place was within walking distance to Fremont Street. The room was clean and the shower was hot. Free coffee in the morning at the front desk.

The room are clean and beautiful with a lots of amenities provided. The negative side is only the hotel is near by a club so it very loud at night especially at weekend. Overall the staff is very helpful and the room is good with the price.

Relocated to Las Vegas for work and stayed at the Downtowner. At first I was a little skeptical because of how reasonable the pricing was. However, everything turned out great. I even extended my reservation because how pleasant the place is. Furthermore, they are constantly innovating the building as well so my guess is that future stay will be even better. Shot out to Leslie also!! In fact the entire staff is super cool!!!

Excellent hotel for avoiding the casino hotels. Older, renovated hotel. Room was spacious, although a second chair in the room would have been nice. Coldest pool water even with 100° heat. Easy walk to all the sights on Fremont St and lots of good food.

Check in was suppose to be at 3:00 pm, didn’t get my third room until 8:30 pm. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a motel not hotel. Amenities were as promised, but a smaller version.

This was an old hotel that had been obviously updated. The room was very clean and the decor very pleasing. Unfortunately the walls between rooms had not been updated and we could hear our neighbours next to us and upstairs from us very very easily. The location was good with respect to Fremont Street, however there were nightclubs just behind us that had head banging music until 4 am. This would’ve been useful to know. The minigolf area indoor was a lot of fun and there is a bar on site as well. I don’t know that I would stay here again due to the noise issues interrupting sleep.
