You need security on premise at all times! Multiple people were so loud. I just left the hotel at 1:30am because I couldn’t sleep. It’s a shame too. Because I thought the room looked great with the new flooring and beds. You’re shooting yourself in the foot when you invest in upgraded rooms and you don’t keep the troublemakers in check.

Not all rooms are renters renovated and we ended up in an older room where the carpet was really dirty. I would suggest not selling the stay as if all rooms are how they are n the pictures.

This was our 2nd time to stay here! I like that there’s plenty of parking and it’s free, the check in was smooth and easy because the staff were well trained, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean too so we keep on coming back with them. I just hope they’ll have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room.

The door had a 1/2 inch gap when fully closed and rattled all night long with the wind. There were teen’s screaming down the halls all night long. The walls were so thin we could hear every conversation from the room next to us word for word and the lobby is incredibly hard to find. The room was cleaner than I expected and they have renovated the rooms so they look nicer than the outside. But our bed creaked so much I thought it was going to break. The mattress is hard as a rock and the pillows kind of suck. I did not use the pool but it looked clean.

You can also make free nationwide calls and are able to print your itinerary at the front desk, let’s not forget the access to the pool which is open from 9am to 7pm. We apologize that this was not to your liking, amenities are disclosed prior to booking.

They charge resort fees when pool had been closed for weeks by the state of nevada with no opportunity for even a partialrefund. They ignore attempts to reach out to them. The lock was obviously broken down and hastily "repaired". The neighborhood has obviously addicted people roaming around, small homeless encampment behind the building across the street. I would not leave any valuables in that parking lot or in the rooms. The walgreens right down the street is closing because of mass shoplifting. After paying the resort fees and hidden fees you can get a better on strip hotel for close to the price and be safe. I would not bring a family here or stay if I was a female, it's not safe.

I come her often for the price, location and convenience of the two. The floors are very dirty like they never sweep or mop. The beds are old and often very worn and bumpy. This is a constant when staying here. Some rooms are more upgraded than others but makes not difference on cleanliness.

Customer service at the FD was exceptional by the gentleman forgot his name housekeeping services daily during my stay, parking right outside my room. i just wish they had microwave and fridge in the room but overall good hotel
