Frustrating experience
The company that manages this apartment is awful. The day I arrived they called to tell me they moved me to a different location due to damage in the room. I am skeptical that they just overbooked. The new location was further away from where I needed to be costing me time and money. I asked for compensation for the switch which they agreed to, but still haven't come through on it.
The check in process is terrible. They ask you for a time to meet to get the keys, which is fine. I showed up a little early to meet to get the keys. 15 minutes after the meeting I was still waiting. Called and the person who answered was just hanging out in the apartment. Don't know how I was supposed to get ahold of him since I didn't have an apt number. He gave me some exude about needing to be told about the meeting 2 hour before the meeting time. I told him I set up the meeting time 10 hours before. Later I saw his list of meeting times and sure enough the correct meeting time was in there. He just wasn't professional.
Also the apt I was moved to was ok. Modern but not well maintained. The knob on the sink fell apart. The baseboards in the kitchen also fell off. The size of the apartment was good.
Anyway steer clear of this apartment and all in the squa.re family. Not worth the trouble.
