The bathroom offers a relaxing space to unwind, featuring a glass-partitioned shower set against rich blue tiles. You'll find everything you need to freshen up, including towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Explore an eclectic mix of eateries, catch live performances at renowned music venues like the O2 Academy, enjoy the latest films at the iconic Ritzy Cinema, and wander through the bustling Brixton Market. For a breath of fresh air, Brockwell Park, ideal for a morning run or a relaxed stroll, is just a short walk away.

Brixton Station, located 2 minutes away, provides excellent access to the Victoria Line, making travel to central London fast and convenient. Numerous bus routes also serve the area, ensuring you're well-connected to the rest of the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building, accessible only by stairs (no elevator).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

Please be aware that the boiler for both apartments on this floor are located within your room.
In the unlikely event of an issue with the heating or hot water, we may need to access your room to resolve it.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

It was Awesome, aesthetically pleasing, good area great walking distance!! Only thing maybe they could clean a bit better there was left over lemon seeds and water in the warmer and maybe some paper towels or something with the kitchen appliances. Also very nice and Responsive team members/host. Other than that it was great! Oh and there’s stairs if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage.
