"Clean facility with restaurant and convenience store on 1st floor. Rooms were clean, well maintained. I specifically asked for a room away from noise sources however was assigned a room right next to staff storage and there was a lot of commotion throughout the day. HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature as a family of five with three kids (two teens) was incredible. Communications before arrival were fantastic, it was in a great location in Hanoi and the accommodation itself was beautiful. Two things that really stood out were: 1) The food: the breakfast buffet was amazing, with everything being extremely fresh and varying every day. 2) the staff. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel with such friendly and attentive staff. Every single team member was would greet us with a smile and offer to help at every turn. We really felt like VIPs- but I could see this is how they treated every guest. If I ever stay in Hanoi again, I would stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature without a second thought and couldn't recommend it more to anyone else travelling to Hanoi."
