The property provides extremely convenient access to the convention center, which is what I was after. But my room was a bit tired, especially the bath, where I had a faucet that leaked water continuously, a slow-flushing toilet, and a slow-draining tub. Most of the bar wait staff (manager, esp.) was very good, but I had a weird exchange with one waitress who said I had complained and didn't want to pay for two drinks, which was completely untrue. She clearly mistook me for someone else but the public confrontation of me was rather awkward. The irony was she actually forgot she had my credit card in possession and I had a tab running.

Each representative there was pleasant but Malian, front desk rep, was extremely hospitable. She complimented our stay and departure with extra warm cookies to go. We can’t thank the staff enough, but her, we thank her much. Great hotel! We would definitely stay here again!

front desk staff was great- actual room was a let down. First room- didn’t have sofa bed as requested- both tv and phone didn’t work. Staff politely moved us to another room- sofa bed was broken but we made it work for the night. Overall experience was less than what we usually expect from a Hilton branded hotel- would not stay again.

The staff members were inattentive, unresponsive, and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. It was incredibly frustrating to have my legitimate complaints met with indifference and a lack of professionalism.

The hotel room was nice, could definitely use an update. Extremely nice lobby. As long as you have a car there are things close by. It didn’t look very walkable though. Booked a Jr. suite and there were towels/wash clothes for 2, no additional blankets or pillows in the closet. For such a large room it should have had the appropriate number of items. The size of the room was excellent for a family. There was plenty of space. Lastly the check in time was pretty late at 4pm. The app stated check out was at 11am but my confirmation stated noon.

I have to say that this hotel has a lot of stuff to improve on 1. The hidden fees that they don’t tell you about. When we got to the hotel we had no clue we would have to put another 350 down. Then our room was on the roof. We was not expecting that neither. I truly beileive that charging people to park there. After all you pay there you have to pay for parking. There needs to be readjustment in policy in the hotel. It is bad because the employees have to hear about it and it is not fair. They are good people all the staff did great. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast is not included. You pay 30 dollars for breakfast. Just for one person. All it is is eggs, suasage, toast, french toast, bacon, fruit. For as much as you pay it should be included. We feel that the room we had was uncall for and we should be given credit for another room. Barbara jones

I missed my reservation for a change of my working schedule a they did not accept any type of change, not a refund not a reschedule, absolutely nothing!!!! It was not fear at all, losing 150 dollars it’s a lot of money for a night. I am a permanent traveler, but no more to this place. Expedia tried to stick up for me, but the hotel refused to do any kind of help. Really sucks!

Not a good experience. Our sheets were not clean, we found hair, pee stains, and other stains. The bed frame was out of position and became a hazard. When maintenance came to fix it they discovered further mess(snacks, hair, etc.). The shower was also dripping all night long and the toilet did not flush well. The remote control to the tv was caked with dirt and sticky. The room was not stocked with towels for four people. The only accommodations made for these things, were another pair of stained sheets being placed on the bed, and free tickets to the continental buffet. This was disconcerting as cleanliness has been a core issue of our stay.

I have stayed at a lot of Hiltons and have always been happy, but this property needs a lot of work and updating. It’s very convenient to the airport. The checkin process was terrible. Checked in at 4:00 but stood in line for an hour or so because they were understaffed and helping people who were on an early check in list. Not well planned. The bed is very comfortable and we were surprised with a fridge and microwave in room which we needed. The bar area and restaurant were good with great customer service. We enjoyed the pool area. Overall Hilton needs to put some money into this hotel and update the rooms.

There was a 1 hour line to do the check in (only one person at the desk). Everyone on the line was very upset and some of them asked to speak to a manager who never came. I received a text message to get an electronic key with the app to avoid the line but to download the app, you need internet and to get internet you need the room number so this is a very stupid system. Internet did not work at all during our stay, it was disconnecting non stop. The restrooms downstairs were always dirty. For this price you can get a better hotel in the same area. I won't come again to this place. If I knew before, I would rather book another hotel.

Check in at this place is a nightmare. Waited in line for an hour or more. They had two people working but one receptionist was dealing with a huge party of 20 guests. They need more staffing, especially for a Saturday.
