Spring break 2024
Backyard was great! Location was great for day trips to Key West, Miami Beach, Everglades and Marco Island. Highly recommend staying here.

Homestead Girls Trip
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very roomy, nice outdoor space and neighborhood was nice. It had everything we needed. Thinking about booking for another trip we liked it so much. Close to the Keys, Miami and many other attractions.

Beautiful home
Loved the outside area.. enjoyed morning coffee and mangoes and coconuts sitting under the tiki hut!! Andrew thanks for your speedy help with our problems. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Oasis for exploring national parks
Loved this house as a base for our family to explore Everglades and Biscayne. Location was great and convenient. The outdoor area is amazing and our kids could not get enough of the hot tub and pool. Lots of seating to hang out or eat outside as well. Inside the house had lots of space, beds were very comfy and nice bath tub. Kids loved the bunk beds. Furniture and decor somewhat dated but that didn’t bother us. Kitchen inventory was a bit sparse (e.g. could only find 3 spoons which was tough for a family of 6!) Overall would definitely recommend. Comfortable space for a family, felt safe and secure and good location for seeing the parks!

The house was a convenient base to explore the Everglades and Bay Biscayne park. The house was clean but shows a little wear and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub!

Best pool and garden
Had a great time. We loved the pool and garden area, it was like being at a resort. Mango, banana, coconut/ even pineapple growing in the trees. The house had absolutely everything - a bar… drawers full of everything you could need… even birthday candles,!! The beds were comfortable and a good amount of parking. Got there on a Saturday- and the a neighbouring house must have been having a party, as we didn’t need to use our own music that day. On the morning we were leaving, the team came to fit solar panels. There was a bit of bumping into each other and the ladders on the driveway- but they weren’t too disruptive. The host was prompt and helpful with enquiries. We’ve been coming to Florida for many years- and it really was the best garden/ pool area we have had. Thanks.

Perfect spring break!
We traveled all over Southern Florida and the Keys for our kid's spring break and this was a perfect home-base to start our adventures. Spacious, clean, private, and that pool!! Couldn't have asked for a better house, host, and overall experience!

Amazing backyard
Loved the backyard! It was a nice place to chill at. I would recommend to the host to check the towel inventory. We could only find one kitchen washcloth, no dish towels. Otherwise, nice stay.

I’m sorry you had an issue with the towels. If you had brought that to my attention we would have resolved it right away. We keep towels in stock on premises.

Backyard paradise!
This is a lovely home with pretty much all you need. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 1 child. The back yard was so perfect to relax after our daily excursions! Andrew is a very attentive host. He responded to every text immediately. This home is a fantastic place for a fantastic rate! Wonderful location
We loved the home, although most of our time was spent in the backyard at the pool. The owner worked diligently to get the hot tub functioning that previous guests broke a valve on. However, a hot tub does not make or break a great vacation spot! Close to shopping and dining! We discovered an awesome seafood market to purchase our favorites (Keys Food Market). Key West is only 3 hours away! This is a wonderful property with a responsive owner to assist with any needs!

Celebration Trip
Our family was getting together to celebrate me surviving my battle with cancer. I’m still going through radiation treatments but was told there is no evidence of disease after my recent surgery. This house allowed us enough room to get together and relax after a rough year. We enjoyed our stay very much and Andrew was a wonderful host.

Tropical paradise
Our two families with four adults and seven children had an amazing time at this home. It was an easy drive to the Keys and Everglades, and we experienced fun attractions in the area (snorkeling, alligator tours, the beach)… But we were tempted to simply stay at this house the whole time and enjoy the incredible oasis in the backyard! We purposely set aside days to simply relax by the amazing pool and hot tub, while the kids swam and played for hours on end. We also loved night swimming with the illuminated pool lights, and watching thunderstorms from under the tiki hut when our swims were interrupted. I wholeheartedly endorse this beautiful home, and Andrew was a wonderful host, quickly responding to all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful house!!
My sister and I, with our families, (five adults and two children) spent five days in this wonderful house! It has everything you need and the backyard and the pool area is AMAZING! Wished we could have stayed here longer!! Andrew was the perfect host, quick to respond to any questions we had. This was the perfect ending of our month traveling around in Florida before returning back to Sweden. Would love to come back someday and I really recommend this house to others looking for a house to rent in this area.

beste vakantie huis in de buurt van Miami.
Dit huis is in alle opzichten prima. Goed betaalbaar en een erg vriendelijke verhuurder. Kort aan snelweg(30min naar Miami) ,in een gemengde en rustige wijk. Het huis heeft een prima indeling met één slaapkamer met badkamer op de begaande grond. Juweel van een tuin met fruitbomen en een exotise uitstraling. Heb zelf al meerdere huizen op dit niveau gezien en gehuurd en kan in alle eerlijkheid zeggen dat er in de omg van Miami geen beter huis te vinden is..
