"We had the windowless room. We needed a twin room but we were shown a double room. The hotel staff were lovely and we were shown a twin room. It was hot but it had fans. Still, it was hot. The breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive. The maintenance staff were excellent too as the toilet was blocked but they were on it straight away. So, all in all, a very pleasant trip except for the heat but it was hot outside."

"Have stayed in the Burlington Hotel many times. Food always good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this time we stayed, our room was not serviced in the 4 days were stayed,( other guests stayed a week and room not serviced) although staff at reception happy to give you toilet rolls, tea, coffee and milk for room."

"The hotel was lovely - such a relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooms. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is ideal - 15 minute walk in a straight line from the station, over the road from the beach and 5 minutes to the lanes. This was the best hotel spa I’ve ever been to - well worth the extra £10 to use. Large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room and calm chill out area. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"it was a really nice stay the cleaners did an excellent job there was pool to play at reception the only downside is that they dont do free breakfast and the reception carpets are quite dirty but they are changing them currently"
