"front desk people were extremely helpful. they booked tickets for us, called taxis. we got an early check in. the breakfast buffet was of good quality. i would love to stay here again. the pick up busstop is only a few minutes walk. there is a nice grocery store behind the hotel for pastries coffee etc."

"Arrived a little earlier than check in and was given our keys early which was great as well as an upgrade. Room was well spaced, good amenities and bathroom was big. Bed and pillows were very comfy and had a great nights sleep throughout our stay. Water pressure was strong and hot water without any issues. The room does run hot which we didn’t mind but might be worth considering. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay there again. "

Being so centrally located allowed us to walk everywhere and fully immerse ourselves in exploring Reykjavík’s charm, culture, and beauty without needing transportation. "A very nice hotel. Loved the spot access downstairs for guests. It was nice to hot tub and relaxed down there for a little while. The rooms were comfortable and it is very convenient location to walk to the cute downtown. Have to find parking on the road, which is the only challenge."

"Great location and amazing room with sea view!!! Staff is great, breakfast was wonderful - eating breakfast overlooking the city or the sea, wow. Room is very clean and nicely decorated. 2 minute walk to the main tow, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Returning customer, I really liked the first experience so I had to come back. Again super clean, staff was awesome and helpful. My only complaint is parking. Other than that it’s a great stay they provided everything I needed towels, soap, shampo, conditioner and offered great recommendations."

"The staff were so so helpful. The room was lovely. Cosy and welcoming without being small. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely welcome snacks in room when we arrived. The bar was lovely and relaxing and we Loved the spa too. Location spot on and close to everywhere. Really recommend this place. "
