"The location of the hotel is convenient to many shops, restaurants and transport. 5-8 minute walk to everything we needed. The swim and spa facilities were great and we used twice during our stay. The first time was at 6pm, when a few families were also present. The second time was around 10am and we had the pool to ourselves. The room we had was a deluxe room and was slightly disappointed that a separate living space wasn’t included, as per the pictures, however this didn't impact our stay and the room was still very spacious. "

"Perfect central location for a flying visit. Fabulous decor, welcoming staff, incredibly comfortable bed. We didnt have breakfast so cant comment. Would stay again for sure"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and clean comfortable rooms. The Spa was superb, my husband and I had a couples massage. Best we have ever had. The thermal bath in the Spa was amazing as were all the Spa baths. Hotel is in a great location to walk to all the shops and attractions. Look no further book this hotel! "

"Amaizing staff, warm welcome. Got an upgrade upon arrival, very much appreciated thank you! Lovely room, amenities, spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the morning noise from above (I guess from breakfast time) and the cobwebs around the ceiling and blinds. Thank you"

"Was a lovely 2 nite stay outside of Bath. Bus is a 3 min walk away, so no parking prices to pay. As you come down the hill to property turn slightly left before the toll bridge and exit same entrance. Good variety of meals in restaurant. Would stay again."
