Room 8- the bathroom had a bit of a strange smell. This is just a comment, no a complaint. The main door doesn't always close properly. These are just little things- overall very good.

I don’t know why there is only cutlery for one person , one wine glass, one tumbler , not enough coffee , 3 sachets ? , mild coffee …..who drinks mild coffee !

The apartment was clean and as it looks on the photos. Check in was easy enough and all done online. Good location for getting into town and felt safe. However, we booked for 3 people and the sofa bed wasn’t made when we arrived. The bathroom is extremely small and there isn’t enough space to use the toilet comfortably, if you are over 6ft you’ll have no chance! Parking - if you go at the weekend it’s free on the street but none available if not.

The accommodation was very clean and I felt comfortable stay there my only problem was one night the othwr guests with children ahwre very loud till late in the night slamming doors. All in am very please with this accommodation and will definitely recommend them to other people

Great place to stay, lots of places to eat and drink around the area. If I had any advice it's to get rid of the tablet to work the TV and air con.... my husband is very IT savvy and we couldn't get the tablet to work the TV. It took us 40mins to work out how to control the Air con... the room was 28oC... we finally got it sorted and then in the middle of the night it turned back up on its own so we had to reset it... sweating😅 we were only there one night so didn't bother calling for help and despite everything we would stay again.

I have never stayed at a self check in property before so I was a bit nervous about staying somewhere where the reception is essentially a mobile phone number. However the communication and service was great and the room/studio was above my expectations. I was concerned that being a studio apartment it might smell of cooking everywhere but it was actually fresh and clean throughout. I’d definitely stay again.

Overall - Good
Everything was good and well coordinated. It is also in a very good location for access to the city centre by foot. The only small point was the size of the bathrooms. The toilets are very cramped unfortunately. This was a probably unfair last memory of the stay but if you are particular tall or have limited flexibility I can see this being a bigger issue.

Accommodated early check-in for us and had high hopes. But we had a terrible stay. Glasses all dirty in room, throw on bed had muddy stains. We were on the ground floor. From 1145-3:45 residents in neighbouring rooms were having parties and others were visiting who weren’t staying at the apartments. The off site were responsive and sent security but given it being a Saturday night we would expect security to be doing floor walks. Other residents tried to ask to stop but the group were being intimidating. They were also smoking outside my window all night. We had to leave at 7am so hardly slept - so very disappointing.

Jeff’s a star
Jeff was a star, minor hiccup with access codes to enter property. Called Jeff on the number provided and he sorted no issues. The bathroom is tiny but functional, property was very clean and only 5 mins walk to paid parking and 10 mins walk to centre. All in all very good and would stay again

Amazing staff, impeccable cleanliness smooth stay
The hotel Manager Jeff is a genuine credit to Dwell, as are the cleaning staff. The room was very clean. Jeff managed my remote check in and additional requirements with such efficiency and ease, all remote during Covid19 times, I am honestly very impressed. The hotel does need to do some repairs as they describe it as premium property but the cleaning was so impeccable and Jeff was so good that it didnt affect my comfort level. I understand with low occupancy during the past 2 years of Covid19 the budget for major or even minor refurbishment isnt there. And I wouldnt hold this against Dwell. I will stay again when next in Nottingham for work.

Great location, let down by tech
Stayed here when it had first opened and had a great experience, however since then its gone down hill a little bit. Rooms all still very nicely done and clean however the technology side of the room let it down. The whole room is controlled by a tablet which was great on our first stay, however this time we encountered issues. Netflix would not work, nor would the volume on the tv (all controled by the tablet) however the biggest issue was the room temperature (also controlled by the tablet). The room was stuck at a temperature of 26 degrees and no matter the changes on the app, the air con would not come on. This actually got to the point my partner and i started to feel slightly ill from the temperature at night. It would be great if the owners could please check that all technology's in the room are working as expected before our stay! However great location to get into city centre, clean and affordable.

Good location & free street parking at weekends after 5pm & free Sunday , 1 minute walk. 10 min walk to the centre . Lots of real ale pubs & lovely restaurant underneath.
