"Excellent location if you are looking to walk around the city. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient, but know that it will take 4-5 hours to complete a load, which was no problem for us. "

"This hotel was amazing. Some cons. The hotel is beautifully renovated. The room was large and spacious. The ac for us hot Americans didn't work very well. The bathroom was nice and clean. It was pretty close to everything! A bus stop is very close and it's right behind the royal mile. And the best thing was the proximity to the tesco with all the British candy. The people were great. "Great friendly service, really comfy beds, great shower , love that you can hook your phone up to the room speakers via Bluetooth and the location is incredible - the only thing I’d say is it’s not one for light sleepers as there’s noise until 3 am at weekends - I’ll be back, I’ll just remember ear plugs! "

"When we arrived we couldn’t get in as someone was already in the property. Spoke to Nicki who sorted it quickly and even took the time to bring us an extra towel. The property is conveniently located but is in need of some TLC. Not much to sort it out. The shower is terrible either too hot or too cold"
