"Great location, right across the street from the train station. Nice attention to little details, including slippers, arrival with champagne, free mini bar/snacks is nice change from other hotels. Only issue was the handicap shower, my mistake picking that room and they wanted to charge more to change it. Never had issue before but this set up got the entire bathroom and all your belongings wet, not ideal. "

Were we ever amazed to arrive and have Edinburgh castle across the way with a view of the castle from our window. Walkable to tons of shops and restaurants. Absolutely wonderful helpful staff. So friendly. Highly recommend this hotel! "
