I always asked for a large pot of green tea with one tea bag only, as I don't like my green tea turn to brown tea but never delivered correctly, either a large pot with 3 tea bags or a medium pot with 2 tea bags or a small tea pot with 1 tea bag. Perhaps next time."

"Pros: fully serviced kitchen, nicely organised, Free access to Netflix with a super large TV! Cons: on arrival the house was stinking of cigarettes (bare in mind I get migraine from cigarette smell) dryer did not work, lights is a nightmare to turn on, full check in instructions were not given until the day of arrival when asked. "After a bumpy start and no a/c in the room I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and a/c. The reception team were so nice, especially the gentleman who was an Arsenal fan.
