"Great place. Great food. Great ambiance. Only issue was the seasonal seaweed at the beach. Ocean wasn’t very appealing but the pool made up for it. Had an excellent time. Try the blind butcher. Also loved the martini bar. They could use a new sushi chef. "

"The property and customer service from the staff are impecable. We visited in Jul 10th 2025 the only thing that was a major setback for us was the beach. It would've been a 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the ridiculous amount of seaweed. The entire beach was so dark like coffee. I asked some of the staff and they said it was the time of the year. The sand is perfect like sugar powder."

The atmosphere is calm and low-key, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. The common areas are beautifully maintained and offer a great space to relax, read, or just enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt very peaceful and welcoming, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. It’s not a party scene, which I really appreciated—it felt like a hidden gem for those who want to escape the crowds and just enjoy some tranquility in paradise. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable stay in Punta Cana."

"Our stay at Casa Gigi was absolute perfection. The home was spectacular. Amazing group areas be enjoy each others company, then large enough for us all to have privacy. The house is incredibly well built and beautifully appointed. The pool overlooking Punta Espada #5 was spectacular from morning coffee to evening swims. The host thought of every detail to make our stay better than any 5-star hotel. Recommend a golf cart, which is how you can experience all that Cap Cana has to offer. Would 100% go back. "
