This was our second time to this location - we love the attention to detail, the upkeep of the gardens and landscape. It's very well looked after. We noticed a few things need upgrading but understand that there are renovations planned for 2025. We're looking forward to seeing the changes!

I love Secret properties ocean water view niece and clean, I don’t like secret customer service and food buffet service need to improve with more friendly and treat all travelers all the world ask respect . At the first day you arrive they treat you well, but in a few days go by they not treat you right, they treat you like no respect . We are here for vacation, we here relaxed, and enjoying food. Buffet restaurants food needs more verities , I stay in secret for weeks and the food have the same variety every day. I spend almost $5000 on this trip including air, resort,tips, and extra meals. I been to Cancun resorts 4 time the fourth . Would I like the recommendation my family and friends to go come to stay in this resort, maybe not but all depending what you are vacation for.thanks

Great food. Poolside bartender DENIS was the best. Remembered everything we ordered. Only thing that could be better is the variety of entertainment. No entertainment catered to Americans. Other than that very good resort to relax.

Great place, very happy with the service, the people, the restaurants etc. Only thing we thought was really bad was the charges if you need something like for example, a razor blade or sun screen. It's disgusting what they charge. I understand making money but the amount they charge for these is horrible and should NOT be allowed.

Amazing in every level. You never need to leave this property. Lots of events all day and night. Great food and other options. Local souvenir shopping can be done as they display at pool side a few times a week. And all staffs were amazing!!

Loved the resort and everyone was very friendly. Did not like that the men had to wear pants for dinner. Upon arrival, we had to sit down with staff and got a long sales pitch which I also didn't appreciate.

First time to this property. Pros - normal portion size for food and drinks. They were amazing! Service impeccable. Anything we needed (toothbrush, more towels) was delivered within 15 minutes or sooner. No reservations required for dinner. Plenty of Chairs/umbrellas on the beach with drink service. Beach was super clean and beautiful, not busy at all. Cons - small swim up pool - no ocean view. Palapas are available to rent (100 to 200 per day) on the beach but they are in the dunes with no view. No chairs available in the pool area. People take them by 7-730am ish. Must ride a golf cart to lobby, gym, and some restaurants. There are a few restaurants within walking distance to the rooms so we went there most of the time. No point in doing your hair if you take the golf carts. Lol. Lines can be long to wait for a ride.

This resort is amazing, don’t pay attention to the little bad reviews . This property is very clean, the staff is amazing, the pools and the beach are top notch. White sand, very little to no seaweed, nice water. Food could be better but isn’t bad. Would definitely recommend!

Nadia, our concierge, was so helpful and friendly! The service of this resort is above bar. We stayed in room 1008, with an infinity plunge pool and direct access to the beach. Loved watching the sun rise over the Isla Mujeres.
