This property has bedbug. We all got bitten. But the worse thing, the amount of hookers using the hotel to make money. There was a shooting outside the hotel too. To say the least, this was a horrible experience for us. We couldnt even sleep. We were scared for our safety. Guest. Please say somewhere else if all possible, specially if your family is teaveling with you.

Thank you for your feedback. All of our room are newly renovated with brand new beds. We have regularly scheduled pest control who inspects and treats, if needed, our rooms. We are open 24 hours and have onsite staff who promptly attend any problems that may arise. We partner with Reno Ambassadors who continually walk throughout downtown Reno to help ensure the cleanliness and safety of the downtown Reno business district. Rest assured we are taking measures to address the problem and prevent future occurances. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

The place smells awful and the neighborhood is super sketchy and unsafe, light bulbs don’t work and the elevator is shaky

Seatac airport is the worst possible experience for an airport. TSA lines almost triple the estimated time! A 20 took almost an hour and I missed my flight by three minutes!!!

I slipped & fell on thick ice at bottom of stairs that i was told had been there for days & she had slipped on it too What good are these reviews if you cannot post the truth

Average Travelodge
After walking from the train station about 15 to 20 minutes through a snowstorm, the front desk clerk asks me as I'm standing there covered in snow what car I'm driving. Room was average, and facing the street. Elevator shaking so much on The Descent I thought an earthquake was happening and this was only three floors mind you. The room was clean not much choice for coffee refrigerator door blocked by the cabinet that housed it with a good show that was adjusted. The second night the heater would not turn off therefore I had to sleep with the door open. Overall with the choices of hotels ample I will give this average place a miss the next time

We asked for Wi-Fi and it did not work the whole time . The sheets were dirty and it was not ground level . Did not feel comfortable looking at vomiting on the floor

Unfortunately, an Unpleasant Stay
Since I cannot rate 0 stars, 1 star it is. It is unfortunate that this hotel lacks cleanliness and customer service. The bed sheets were dirty, and the lounge chair in the room was old and dirty as well. The young man in charge of housekeeping didn’t seem to be in his 5 senses, was rude, and had an unclean appearance as well, to the point that I had to let him know that he had stuff hanging out of his nose. Since the minute I arrived, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, cut my trip short and drove back home the next day.

Unsafe a little off downtown don't walk at night alone . The parking garage across the street seems to be used as a speed way for drag racing with loud mufflers.

Our check-in was great, thanks due to Bridget that works graveyard front desk. She was very friendly, helpful, and caring. Facility is dated and could use a remodel. Location is downtown across the street from circus circus and not in the best neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues from unruly people while here. The beds and pillows were decently comfortable and the room in general was pretty clean, but there was an issue with our tv, the phone in the room did not work, and I did find one bug in the room. Bridget was very concerned and caring, but most rooms were taken for the evening and we could not be moved. We were able to get moved the next morning, and what we thought might be an upgrade for my elderly mother to be able to shower was merely the same bathroom set up with handicap rails installed in the shower. Not a bad place to stay if you're in a pinch and need a quick room, but if you can spend a little more money you may be happier elsewhere. I would like to thank Bridget once again for at least making our check in pleasant and being such a nice and caring person.

Easy access from the freeway and near casinos. No resort fee. Low room rate midweek. In room fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Easy parking. No breakfast bar, dated decor and premises. Credit card processing took about 30 minutes to add the security deposit, since the room rate was already paid on a non refundable basis.

The service here is horrible! Light bulbs were burnt out the front desk people are straight crack heads and can’t carry out a simple conversation. Noise all night long someone seriously pounded on my door in the middle of the night. I checked out on Tuesday and they still haven’t refunded my money and it’s Friday.

The girl at the desk was nice enough but didn’t seem to have much pride in her job. The room should have been ADA compliant but definitely wasn’t. My husband had to help me to the bathroom because my wheelchair didn’t fit. Lots of yelling at all hours in the parking lot.

The rooms were clean, but very small. I want to know he’s in the area everything seem to be OK. The bathroom was very old and the crap rated but it work so I guess that counts for something.

Woke up in morning and unable to use the shower. It did not work!! Had to wash up in the sink. Should ge partial refund. One night stay cost me $472.
