"We just wrapped up a 12-day stay at Catalonia Royal Tulum, and once again it reminded us why we keep coming back. This was our 17th visit, and we're anxiously looking forward to the 18th. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the people. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special, loved, and genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The beach is the BEST in Mexico, the food was so good we both gained 5 pounds! "We stayed in the Preferred Club Rooftop Master Suite with Plunge Pool, and it was truly incredible. The room was stunning, and the private rooftop with the plunge pool was such a beautiful, relaxing space — it felt so luxurious and peaceful. We spent time at the beach club, which was stunning! The beach is gorgeous, with soft sand and fun waves — the perfect combination for both relaxing and enjoying the water. The food was outstanding everywhere we ate. Every meal was delicious, and they even had an asado one night which was so fun! What really stood out, though, was the staff. The bartenders and servers throughout the resort were incredibly kind, funny, and attentive — always making sure everyone was having a great time and feeling taken care of. I truly have zero complaints. I loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely return. Secrets Tulum exceeded every expectation and delivered a perfect vacation experience."
