"We were lent in an handicap room. Shower had a permanent seat. Drain was clogged and water was everywhere. Tile was popping off the shower floor No sink counter, just a tiny sink. Glasses were in the opposite side of the bathroom. No place to put your bathroom items. Other than the floor. I was charged multiple times for breakfast and have yet to receive a refund"

"The room (318) was so quiet I thought I'd lost my hearing. Building work outside but couldn't hear it at all. Bed was comfy, staff were very friendly and helpful, and plenty of hot water. Central location and cheapest accomodation I could find at that time. Would definitely stay again "
