"We had a super long weekend- we didn’t opt for the breakfast and ate out. Very accessible and close to lots of attractions."

"The bath plug wasn’t functioning properly. None of the USB ports worked. Breakfast was very disappointing- all the food was barely warm & at a cost of £17.00 I expected at least for the food to be hot- won’t be having breakfast there again."

"The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at the other guests. Not worth the money. Worst bed I have ever slept on, the view from the penthouse was also not good."

"Great location for a lot of sight seeing! The self check in kiosks did not work for us but someone was able to help us check in the “old fashioned” way. They were out of key cards so we only got one instead of the usual two. The room was surprisingly spacious (we had a family one). The bathroom door was annoying because it closed quite forcefully on its own and couldn’t be kept open. The bathroom is really only big enough for one person at a time. The bathtub was kind of tall to get into, and slippery (my daughter slipped and fell) so be careful. The breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good enough, and my kids loved it (who doesn’t love buffets?)"

"This hotel is in a great location and close to public transport - London Bridge and Tower Bridge trains, tube and buses. The studio was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. I would be very happy to stay there again"
