"WOW just Wow!!! This property is absolutely incredible! The listing really buried the lead which is the phenomenal expansive piece of land that this gorgeous home sits on. Right on the edge of the White cliffs, we enjoyed magical moonlit evenings, family bbq on the green egg smoker, campfire marshmallows with from gorgeous welcome amenity basket (which also included a bottle of Kentish wine, gourmet crisps, gourmet chocolate, and other sweet & savory snacks). We loved the cheeky art pieces in the sitting room downstairs ;) The kitchen is fully kitted out and we had everything we needed to prepare and serve large family dinners and really enjoy the dining spaces both inside and outdoors. They even left oat milk creamer for morning coffee, delicious Grind coffee pods, and laundry & dish detergent. The bedrooms were well ventilated and high-ceilinged with gorgeous Victorian-style decor. The gardens on the property were so amazing as well; a true paradise and such a special place we look forward to returning to. The property location is very tricky to find as GPS sometimes tries to take you down pathways that are closed off to public access, and the roadways are quite bumpy. But once you get there you won’t want to leave. Truly a wonder. I feel so grateful that the owners have shared this beautiful slice of heaven with travelers coming to see the magic of the Kent coastline and White Cliffs. Much appreciation also to Keepers Cottages for providing early check-in and late check-out!"

"This is such a special house and a privilege to stay in a much loved family home. The interior design is gorgeous. The location is incredible and great to swim every day and hitch the ladder down to the shingle. Every day I said ‘wow’ as the view of the sea and sky from the huge windows is breathtaking. Peaceful location, beautiful sunrises. 2 min walk to the Coastguard pub, Deal pier kitchen for brunch, great walks in the area. THANKYOU !"

"Absolutely loved Oldestairs House. The bedrooms are great. The reception rooms are generous and comfortable. There's a wonderful, relaxed ambiance to the house which adds to the holiday vibe. There are some fabulous walks from the door. The weather was terrible, but the house has enough room to accommodate the great British vacation. Ubers in the area are also really easy to get so we could walk to St Margaret's Bay and taxi back when the rain came in. The games room could do with a little love, and we missed the football table (which appears in the photos, but was not in the house). I would also be tempted to put a more comfortable set of chairs in the small, strip sunroom. I can't speak highly enough of the service from Keepers Cottages. Lovely holiday, great house, good location would recommend."

"We love staying at The Cottage! It is a home away from home that feels comfortable from the moment you walk in. We have stayed several times and have never been disappointed. On this recent trip, we parked our car, unloaded our bags and didn't get in the car again until we left. We walked everywhere, ate at the cafe/tea room and at the Coastguard Pub as well as bought simple food for easy meals at home in the village shop. We stayed in a different bedroom than we normally use, because it had a TV for some late night comedy or news as we readied for bed. The wood burner in the lounge kept things cozy and warm. We always wish we could stay longer when we stay at The Cottage. Henry, the host, is always so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go again and are very grateful to be able to spend time in this lovely home!"

"Bowden Lodge was the perfect property for our family get together of four generations. Having a downstairs bedroom with en suite and easy access to the living room and games room which in turn had easy access to the wonderful garden was ideal for our 96 year old great Nan The enormous garden was enjoyed by everyone for ball games, sitting and chatting and barbecuing in the evening. We had fantastic weather which was a bonus. Short walk to the beach and local pubs meant driving could be kept to a minimum. Highly recommend and would love to return when the pool is in use."

"We stayed with our grown daughters and their partners, booked the sunshine too. Gardens front and back to catch the sun or sea breeze or shelter as you wished. Every bedroom is large and comfortable. Big kitchen and we cooked a lot. Coffee machine was popular. TV struggled with all the family on WiFi. Great spot for walking over the cliffs with chalk meadows full of late summer wild flowers to St Margaret’s bay; lunched at The Coast Guard and the Pines. Walked to Walmer Castle via coast path and into Deal, evening drinks at Zetland Arms watching the sun go down. Beach is stony bring shoes to go in water. Beautiful house, lots of space, really comfortable, can park the car and get about on foot."
