Direct Gulf front condo with private balcony is ready to make your vacation dreams come true. This direct Gulf-front penthouse Southwest corner condo is ready for you to make vacation memories. This unit has amazing views with wide sliders to the private balcony that wraps around the southern side of the building with two additional windows in the living room, water, water everywhere! The bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a TV with cable. The jack and jill bathroom has a tub with a shower. The living room is directly on the Gulf with leather furniture, the sofa is a Queen pull-out sleeper and has a TV with a DVD player. FREE long-distance (US and Canada) and FREE secure WiFi is provided in the condo. This is a Non-Smoking condo.

The property offers a nice gas grill, beachside heated pool, pool area shower, and bathrooms. The property has a laundry room on the 1st floor that uses an app with credit card payment. The condo was very nice and clean and the views were beautiful you could see the sunrises and sunsets. Would definetly go there again. The property management company were also very friendly and helpful. All around good experience. Location was perfect in between beach towns both ways.

With the one bedroom units it is perfect for my husband and I. We enjoy the pool and the beach and the fact that we can easily go back and forth throughout the day. Neither are ever overcrowded. The location is convenient to many restaurants and other entertainment.

This was a perfect property for my sister and I to relax and spend a week. The beach and nightly sunsets were amazing! Not too crowded - which is what we were looking for. Condo was a bit under supplied - no hand towels or washcloths, garbage bags, hand soap, etc.... Overall a great location and relaxing week.

Property was ok and clean. Really needs an update. Balcony was large however outdoor furniture was lacking. One table and 2 chairs for that large L-shaped balcony. Could have been so much nicer. Bedroom was WAY too small for 2 beds.

This property was in a great location with a wonderful view. Plenty of shopping, food, and entertainment options close to the condo. Very clean. Our only suggestion would be that the owners need to update the condo. For example, the porch chairs were broken and everything was generally very old. Towels and linens were very broken down from years of continuous use and re-washing.

For a one-bedroom condo, this place felt very spacious. It was very clean and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The decor is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. But we did not let that ruin our stay. Everything was very clean. Please upgrade your beach chairs, and most of them are broken and unusable. Also, the elevator did not have any airflow and made me feel a bit claustrphobic, but that is no fault of this owner/condo. Overall, we were very pleased and I would definitely return to this condo in Inidan Shores.

Overall we had a very nice stay. The property is well maintained, good location, and in a quiet area. The unit itself needs some TLC - very old carpeting, old uncomfortable beds and furniture, and the bathroom definitely needs a remodel. The management company was helpful and responsive, but we didn’t really need much. I didn’t like having to go to the office the next day to “complete check in” because we arrived later in the evening. I also did not like that all of the beach equipment, even pool towels, had to be rented, but that was clear in the rental agreement so we knew what we were getting to

My husband and I stayed here for a couple days at the end of December. The views from the condo are excellent. We did want to note that the carpet has been replaced with hard wood which is a nice touch. The reclining chairs are nice to sit in and watch the view. The deck is very nice. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishware. We didn't do much cooking but I will note there are very few spices. You will need to purchase these basic things. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of storage for clothing with a dresser and a walk-in closet. The pool was heated at a nice comfortable temperature for this time of the year. No complaints we enjoyed our stay here. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

As always my husband and I loved our stay at a Chateaux condo. Consistent quality in all units. The view from our corner room defies description. Simply amazing. The living room furniture and the beds were quite comfortable. The only improvement I would offer is that other condos at Chateaux have all had at least 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available in the condo and a few staples in the cabinets such as salt, pepper, a few basic seasonings and coffee filters. Our unit had none of these things. Bottom line - would I stay in that unit again? In a heartbeat!

Checking in was bad. Parking pass was one, not 2 as promised. Impossible to reach either Plumlee or property manager for assistance. No response until the next day. Neither Plumlee nor property management Answering services had been provided details to help with the situation. We were afraid our car would be towed. This place is beautiful with amazing views. Spacious and clean. I would definitely rent here again. The outdoor table on the balcony could be updated, many broken straps on seating, no screens on windows and no locks on sliding doors (at least not functional locks) so I was a bit worried. The unit is on the 5th floor so it would be difficult for someone to break into the main balcony but the balcony off the bedroom could be easily accessible to strangers so I would have preferred to be able to lock that door. There were some broken/missing blinds on balcony door. Free bikes aren't available on wkends. There is a coffee maker in the unit but no complimentary coffee as in normal hotels. We were a party of 6 and only left with 6 towels, 1 bag for trash and 2 rolls of toilet paper.. No housekeeping so we had to reuse our towels everyday and go buy more toilet paper. 75% of washers/dryers were out of order or labeled "do not use, stole my money" by other tenants. Overall, this was a great stay and I would come back or recommend to others, just come better prepared. The beach is beautiful here and not overpopulated like other beaches in the area. Mini golf located across the street which the kids enjoyed.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. Our condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, etc. The unit could use some updating (like replacing the carpet and leather chairs). The view of the sunsets from the balcony was amazing! Would have liked to have more than a tiny table and 2 chairs on the huge balcony. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Condo was very clean and well kept. The building exterior was undergoing exterior painting; this caused no major disruption for us; the property managers communicated the timing effectively and it worked out OK. Living room is very spacious and comfortable as there are two nice recliners. The seabird lamps are very appropriate for the beach setting. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning and at sunset. Everything in the kitchen functioned well. The only improvement suggestions we would have is for there to be more silverware and also some hot pads.

Best vacation spot! We fell in love with the city. There are many things to do, whether it be on the beach, that's accessible from the Condominiums, restaurants are close, as well as places for family activities, such as mini golf. The condo was really nice, all essentials were provided, but it could be a bit more updated, nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean view, the sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Can't wait to go back!

I have no complaints about the property at all. The views from the balcony were spectacular and the condo was very clean excluding normal wear and tear in the carpeting. This was our first stay on the gulf side and I can say it most likely won't be our last. Since we do occasionally like to change the location up I cannot say we will stay at the same condo but the reason has nothing to do with anything negative about the condo. It is a very nice place and location. We ate at many locations around the area, I don't think you'd find a bad restaurant if you tried. I do however feel bad, a couple of hours into our trip home my wife mentioned that she had forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning crew. I am sorry about that, it was an honest oversight. Stay in this condo if you want a comfortable location with spectacular views. I mean how often do you see dolphins swiming by lol.
