Guests have access to all unlocked spaces. Locked closet in bathroom is not accessible.

We are a smoke free property. No additional guests beyond the number booked are permitted. Events or gatherings are considered on a case by case basis and must be approved by the host. A noise level and smoke monitoring device is on the premise.
