The house was everything we were looking for. Relaxing with our morning coffee watching the ducks and turtles on the pond. We slept very well on very comfortable beds. The house amenities and cleanliness was top notch.Next time we visit Seminole, we will check here first, for our accommodations.

The home was very clean. Spacious but Cozy. Loved that all three bedrooms had King size beds. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the ducks and turtles.

We enjoyed our stay in St Pete and the house was well equipped with a nice view of a small pond in the back yard with plenty of outdoor space. The location was close to the beaches and convenient to shopping and 25 minutes from downtown St Pete. A good place for family stays.

This house is perfect. Very comfortable couches huge TV, fantastic kitchen every utensil you could possibly want, if you're a cook. The bedrooms are fantastic. Sitting out in the back patio is delightful there's a little Pond out there very quiet very peaceful. The owner has taken great care to make you feel right at home. Washer and dryer are fabulous. Close to everything you can walk to a mall restaurants. Beach is about 10 minutes drive away. Very safe very great location.

We stayed in this home for a week and had a great time! The weather didn't cooperate during our stay, so the pool table and big screen TV really came in handy! We enjoyed watching all of the ducks and turtles in the pond behind the home. The location was great, and in a safe neighborhood. The communication with Evolve was wonderful and they responded immediately. We would definitely stay in this home again!

House is very well equipped with a lot of things don’t normally find in a rental house. No complaints at all. Everyone in party gave house high marks.

We were family of 7 with elderly and kids young as 8. Though we shortened our trip we enjoyed the stay. The location is Key. There is a publix very near, plenty of food options and other business. Public Beach is nearby and has clean water and not super crowded. There are lots of dos and don'ts sticker in the house in addition to ones you will get on the text. The early morning view of the house is super awesome. You can enjoy your coffee along with the scenic view of turtles and different bird swimming in the pond. John's Pass boardwalk which is nearby is also a great time pass.

This property was perfect for our family of 6. It was well stocked with everything you need for trips to the beach and cooking and more. The location was awesome as it was close to everything yet out of the way from all the craziness that can happen on the beach areas. The duck and turtle pond was awesome. Games to keep you busy if you are not able to go out and do things. All in all, this place was amazing. We loved all it had to offer. Thank you so much.

We experiences zero water pressure and lack of hot water in both baths with primary master bath really bad, we notified property manager they responded promptly to inspect the situation. We were told frankly that everything runs just fine nothing to fix. Our elderly parents didn't take a full shower for over 8 days and we had to use buckets of water to help flush the toilet due to no pressure flows. The cleanliness of the home was lackluster, with homemade remedy bottles in the garage and the new washer was not washing due to the homemade soaps in the dispenser. We personally had to clean surfaces and rewash sheets due to the non cleanliness habits observed, as well as, lots of others hairs remaining throughout the home. Lastly, there is a very dangerous step in the home that really needs a railing installed or floor stripping installed to warn guests. We had three people fall off the step due to the single tile flooring in the home. The location, the grounds, and the setting was very nice.

The home was very clean and beautiful. They have thought of everything you might need when you are staying. The location was perfect and Michelle was AMAZING!! I left a bag there and she has been wonderful about coordinating shipping and communicating with me. I travel a lot with my family, so I know a good bed when I feel it. These beds were the most comfortable beds ever. I’ve never slept in something more comfortable on a trip before. If I am ever back in the area, I will 100% stay here again.

I love this home. It’s beautiful and has plenty of room For everyone. Just wish there was less notes/ reminder around the house. Would be good too if there’s less communication from the property manager. Getting a text every day leading to the check in day and everything in between is a little too much. It gives me more anxiety. I would prefer one text and if anything else is needed, I will reach out. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay here .

The stay exceeded expectations. The house was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed plus some. The communication from the host was clear and timely and provided all information needed. The location was close to shopping and food and only took a short time to get to Clearwater. Beds were super comfortable! I think that is important as a lot of places get anything and do not care as much about comfort. The details in the lantern lights in the rooms, to the remotes for the fans just made the stay more relaxing. Everything we could even think of was there from soap, paper towels, lysol, I mean everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay again
