Sunset views from deck

Great central location to explore nearby attractions. Enjoyed sunsets from our balcony and was the perfect spot to relax after daily activities. We particularly enjoyed our walks along the beach.

My husband and I enjoyed our week stay at this condo very much. It was very clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the board walk and beach. We also really enjoyed our beach days. Chairs and an umbrella and wagon were very handy.

What a week!

We had a fantastic time in Treasure Island last week and we felt like the accommodations at South Beach were perfect for us! The unit was very comfortable, had everything we needed and what a view! The weather was absolutely perfect as well. We'll definitely look at coming back in the near future!

I can’t say enough about the location, absolutely beautiful. The condo itself is extremely clean, roomy enough.Beach chairs were fantastic, we have been to a lot of places where they claim to have beach chairs and they’re either broken or very old, they even gave us a beach wagon.We will definitely try and rent again

Beautiful place

Condo was pretty very clean. Nice essentials when uou first very there. Ready check in and out. Internet was our only issue which was an issue 2 out of 5 nights cause it rained. Bedroom tv you can only stream so wecouldnt use it.

A Million dollar View

The property is perfectly located on the gulf. The unit has a balcony overlooking the water and from the 6th floor, the view is amazing. The rooms are spacious, kitchen was easy to prepare meals in( although it would have been nice to have more than 4 plates, spoons and forks and knives. ) there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. I would definitely stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

Pros: location, very walkable to area shopping and restaurants, beautiful beaches, perfect weather, the room was spacious for 2 adults, view from 6th floor balcony was incredible.Cons: coffee stained mug, dishwasher that was not fully emptied, elevators were not working, staff at front counter did not acknowledge us with a smile or greeting, we were told to purchase supplies for the room that ended up being there when we arrived.

Comfortable, well laid out, great balcony views . Plenty of dishes & glasses,& utensils: would suggest ovenproof glass or ceramic dish for baking and a colander for washing fruits & vegetables. Bedroom well planned, bed firmness is good however, pad between the plastic mattress cover & sheet would make it less noisy and hot; overall enjoyed the unit.

The room was nice and furnished well. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance (1 mille or less) to Johns Pass to the north and many more restaruants/bars to the south. The beach was excelent, large, quiet and not crowded

Convenient and quiet

Liked how easy it was to get to everywhere we needed but still quiet. The beach was clean and when we went, rather morning or evening, we basically had the beach to ourselves! Even saw a dolphin on our last day. We had some small hiccups but the owner was quick to respond and resolve and super helpful. We had a great first family vacay with our 1.5 year old!
