Loved location and facilities; staff were wonderful!! Cons: room says sleeps 6- had a couch with a pull out drawer- had to request another set of sheets and blanket so each section was covered. Couch and drawer are not comfortable at all, the actual couch cushions were stained up and dirty looking( would think when cleaning the staff would have seen this and they would have clean it but wasn’t done-didn’t even want to sit on it without something covering it up-yuk) . The drawer pull out bed has no support as the spring or mattress as they called it do not support a little 10 yr old weighing 50 lbs. and she complained how it hurt her to sleep on it besides again how dirty that also looked besides the actual cushions on the couch..they gave us a comforter for the extra blanket do we tried to use that as a cushion and had her cover up with only the sheets ***everything else in the place was exceptional and top notch, superior service and welcoming staff!! Breakfast was super and the staff kept it filled and neat as can be. Awesome stay with exception of the dirty couch and pullout and it also being uncomfortable-guess none of the staff have ever had to sleep on it-lol,lol,lol. Would highly recommend this place but don’t expect to use the couch!

We were told when we got there that our room was over sold!! They gave us a room at another hotel that was no where near the level of what we paid for and expected. Coming in from a long flight delay it was very disappointing.

Our family had a nice stay. Clean rooms, convenient location and the kids had fun at the pool. The free breakfast had a decent spread and there are lots of restaurants close by. The beach can be accessed through the Surf store across the street making it easy to get there. We would stay again.

The complimentary breakfast was superb. It was the largest breakfast area I've ever seen. Loved it. All of the staff were polite and helpful. The bartender ( Shannon) was really cool. I definitely recommended this place.

Bugs
Bugs! We pulled out the couch and there were live bugs. Was not handled well be the front and were given a 2nd room and it dead bugs in on the pull out. Front desk was not responsive and just gave us an other room. It was better but not great. Next morning I told house keeping about the issues as I passed in the hallway and she was unaware. We are a family of 6 and pick spring hills because of the couch and pull out. Breakfast was really good. Parking is 31 extra a day.

Great stay.
This hotel was great and good location. Its not beach front, but you walk across the street and go through Surf Style to be at the beach. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Bartender was really nice and made good mixed drinks. All staff was friendly.

I’ve stayed at several residence inns and this one had a lot of extra charges for products that would have otherwise been free I.e. detergent. The food was also lackluster again in comparison to other properties.

I thought suite would’ve been bigger/more space and beds weren’t that comfy but besides that I loved the stay which included some good breakfast, very nice and relaxing pool, and great hospitality room service.

Everything was perfect for my husband & I to have a couple days alone. We loved the breakfast, poolside music, cleanliness, location, staff etc. The only negative thing that comes to mind was having a short trip! We're looking forward to coming back with the kids soon!
