"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The views across the lake were exceptional. The breakfast was extremely good and the staff were excellent, in particular Bea who assisted me with some queries. Although we experienced a couple of minor issues these were rectified expediently. We would definitely visit again. "

"The breakfasts are anazing, the room is nice, but a weird shape. The view is great, especially at the sunny and a bit if clouds weather. The heating is AC, so it takes time to warm up te room, the water takes quite some time to heat (3-5 min of cold water before hot water arrives). The bad is a nice size, nut for my 1.9 meters it was barely enough if I use a small pillow. So beds must be 1.9-2m, yake it into account. Atllthough, it is wide wnough to fit me diagonally + my loved one."

"The dining room was poor. No one smiled!! Non-attentive, had to waive down staff for more of anything. Noises heard through walls. Heating that you couldn’t change made it difficult to sleep. Non intuitive thermostat. Bar staff were exceptional. All in all, a 3 in my book. "
