INDIPENDENT HOUSE. Private swimming pool DEL complex, twenty meters from a well-stocked supermarket with bread oven. 150mt. from the sandy beach and promenade with tourist spots, restaurants and shops of the biggest brands. The house is equipped with a small garden and barbecue. A tall palm tree, various succulents and Aloe Vera, veranda, safety safe, kitchen with all cooking accessories, microwave oven, oven, toaster, etc. etc. LIVING ENTRANCE ON THE GROUND FLOOR; sofa with sceslong with two additional beds, extendable table and chairs for six people, satellite TV, laundry room with SMALL washing machine and sink, ONE bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower and toilet with bidet. UPPER FLOOR: ONE double bedroom, TV, small balcony, bathroom with shower, small terrace-solarium with two deck chairs.

Very secure house in good location
What’s good is this house has very good security, decent bathrooms on both levels, has a safe, great privacy. The main thing is Lanzarote is such a great place to visit, and this location is pretty good. So all ended well. We really enjoyed our hols we just had to get used to not having some home comforts. Luckily the house is close to a great beach so we went there. Not so good the communal residential pool wasn’t used that I could see, awful sun loungers and no atmosphere. Sun terrace on house roof gets marginal sun and no sun in garden, pity. House could do with bedside lamps and table lamp and a coffee table, offers little no comfort. These are repeated complaints that no one does anything about. There’s very poor communication with local help. I never got to see any UK TV despite being told I could, so I gave up messaging about it after 3 days. It wasn’t the WiFi fault, no Netflix, even though it’s a smart tv. Had to just change language on some Spanish channels. Disappointing!

We have stayed at this property previously and will hopefully do so again. The private terrace although small, is adequate for 2 to sunbathe. Comfortable bed.
