"Fantastic "

"Ferreus is a very lovely hotel. It looks modern while reflecting the most stylish aspects of 1920's art deco design. All areas of the hotel are clean and tidy. The staff on reception, in the restaurant, the cleaners, and the lifeguard at the pool are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner is delicious if you wish to eat at the hotel, but there are nearby options from 2 to 10 minutes walk away. The bedroom and bathroom are very nice and spotless. The shower is easily big enough for 2 people! Just be aware that it splashes over the glass screen and can cause a puddle if you don't put a towel on the floor next to the shower. (It did this in 2 rooms) Overall we were very impressed with the hotel and the staff and highly recommend it to others who want a high quality, stylish, and friendly hotel for their visit to Krakow."

"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. I was traveling with my son so we booked a large suite that had two queen beds, something that is a very rare find in Europe, at a reasonable price through Expedia. The room was beautiful and worked well as we each had our own bathrooms as well. The owners also own multiple restaurants in the area but be careful at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel as we were over-charged (partly my fault for not asking more questions). Other than that experience, I would highly recommend the hotel. "

"It’s a 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff, and a great location! It isn’t the most modern. You actually use a key to get in the room, or the fanciest, but the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and take pride in their work. It’s close to restaurants, the main square, a flee market type of place, coffee shops and the streetcar. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here again. "

"Everything was very good regarding the hotel close to centre, Clean room Why i gave amenities only fair is because no light or socket near the bed which meant phone was charging across the room unable to check time from bed as no clock . This might appear to be minor but the bathroom light or other light had to be left on encase if you have to get up in the night."
