Staff really tries to provide a great experience. New premier suites are exceptional, a dedicated pool would make them better.

Everything was great, the entertainment director (Red) arranged so many activities, Karaoke, circus night, even a magic show… my butler Eric was very efficient, and made sure my husband bday was perfect, and after meeting Nikki and Ivey, I’m so happy I joined the travel club. All of the staff were courteous and responsive. I will definitely come back!

The hotel layout is perfect for a family vacation, allowing for different ages to enjoy the day together. The main pool has the deeper end with a bar where adults hang out, but it’s connected to the kids pool which has the big bubble where my 6 year old wanted to jump and slide all day long. Right next to this pool is the toddler pool, with a much smaller bubble which was a hit with my 2 year old twins. These pools are also right next to the beach and food trucks, making everything super convenient. Grounds are immaculately maintained. We were there for NYE and even though the hotel was full, we were always able to find chars, daybeds and plenty of fresh towels. Food is average.

The pool, beach and rooms are great. Food was better than another resort we went to. Our butler Esterling went out of his way to make out stay better (he made the reservations we needed and set up a birthday surprise for my husband, as well as checking in on us to see if we needed anything else). He made our trip better.

we loved this place, the only problem we had was people would save places at the beach in the morning and by the time we got there all the lounge chairs were claimed and nowhere to sit, other than that it was a great trip

My room was clean quiet and very comfortable. We had a variety of food and drinks. Our guests serve butler Wilber Silbestre was Awesome!
