We were allowed to get into our roon 30 minutes before our allocated time. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, fresh item always available, and very tasty. "

"I was in general quite satisfied with our stay before a flight the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was comfortable. One thing that I was puzzled about was that I was asked to leave £50 as a (and I quote the receptionist) "security deposit". She was unable to give me any further satisfactory explanation, but did explain that I could use that as credit to buy food and drinks, which I did, and used up that amount during the evening. "We were there for a family gathering. The reeceptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal and all the front of house were lovely, Daniella was particularly good. Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. There was a football team there that evening yet somehow everyone managed to give a smooth and timely service. Excellent stay .
