"Stayed here with a group of friends sharing twin rooms. The rooms were all modern, of good size and clean and pleasant. The reception team are lovely and helpful and breakfast was very good. The location is quiet yet very well placed for a short walk to the main square and within a ‘stones throw’ of the castle. Great stay!"

"We had a lovely stay at this property over the new year period, room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Not a lot local to the hotel but tram to city very frequently running outside so that didn’t really bother us! Would definitely stay again and are hoping to return sometime this year."

"Great location... just 5 minutes to old town. Tram station just across street. You can book a tour that can pick you up from hotel. Super convenient location and super friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you can't go wrong with polish buffet. Fresh and tasty food, many beverages to choose from. Room was a little outdated, but i did not mind for the price at it was adequate to what to expect. I highly recommend Best Western Plus."

"Beautiful hotel right by the old town. Short walk from the train station. Huge mall, Galleria Krakowska , is right next to the hotel. There is a big supermarket, too. Our room was spacious and quiet. It was facing the courtyard. Very friendly staff. Cleaning lady did excellent job keeping our room impeccable. We stayed 3 nights and walked all over from the hotel."

"Really nice service, everyone super friendly and helpful and amazing. Great location, walkable to everywhere and next to tram, bus, bike and scooter parking and 3 markets max 10 meters away. Really warm rooms, duvet and bed, even after had to convince to let us turn on the ac, at night it was unbearable! And bed too uncomfortable and had given in."
