"We stayed for 5 days 4 night staff was extremely nice. Spend most of our time at the water park 10/10. We did the breakfast with characters that was the only thing was not our favorite but it was still fun. We plan on coming back next year. "

When we arrived we were placed in a 2 queen room, we booked a Kimg room, our butler Lizandro IMMEDIATELY got the problem resolved and we were put in am amazing room the following day. Every single restaurant and bar went above and beyond. Every staff member and a smile on their face and could immediately answer any questions we had. We did not utilize our butler much but he always stayed in touch in case we needed anything . The rooms were cleaned 2 times a day. We will definitely be booking again "
