"I loved the room style and particularly the bed. The pod style bathroom works well, as does the iPad for controlling the room. The drawer fridge is so cute. The only thing I wanted for was a kettle for a cup of tea- it is London after all 😉"

"Excellent, the waiting/reception area is full of people making the place feel vibrant and the mattress, linens, and pillows were all clean. I gave it 4/5 stars because some of the bathrooms were pretty dirty. People would leave trash out of the bins and or leave clothes around without picking up after themselves. Perhaps not a reflection of the staff themselves, but I wish something could’ve been done there. Otherwise the reception/hosts were incredibly receiving and very friendly. "
