Rooms were clean and well presented. We had an issue with our door lock that was resolved fairly quickly and we were able to access our room again.

We had trouble with the door locks and couldn't get in, however the 24 hour access line was good and they helped. I was impressed with the studio room - quite large and clean.

Property was very secure and very clean. Studio room was well equipped and suited my needs the period of my stay. Would be good if there was a fan or aircon as it was very hot and the window was very slightly open on the catch and locked for security purposes, but this did not allow any air to circulate. Other than that i cannot fault.

It was good for what we paid. Don’t expect luxury but it’s a good place to just lay your head at night. The walls are made of paper, you can hear everything. There’s a 24/7 convenience store across the street which was nice. Overall, would recommend to someone traveling on a budget.

Room was lovely and had everything we needed but it was filthy and felt like it hadn’t been given a proper clean in ages. Everything was dusty, there were crumbs everywhere from previous guests, hairs left in the shower, some sort of sticky substance on the floor near the bin and rubbish (parts of sweet packets) swept under the bed.

Nice quirky little hotel, close to transport. Staying in the Mezzanine room meant lugging suitcases up 3 and a bit flights of stairs would live to see a dumb waiter stem installed for luggage as well as maybe a fridge in the room. Otherwise a decent stay

Let’s just say I needed an air conditioner. I was so hot. It was a fan in there so I will put that next to the bed. but the fan was super dusty. Also, I advised writing down the codes and keeping them with you while you go out and about because my phone was stolen while I was in London but thankfully, the guy who helped me look for my phone. Let me call the hotel from their phones so they can let me in the building in my room. What’s a very small room, but I don’t care cause it’s only me. It was kind of on a noisy street, but that also didn’t bother me that much. Just make sure you close the windows cause they were open when I walked in so that help kept the noise down overall not a bad experience was cheap for a quick weekend so I didn’t mind it. It was a 20 minute walk from borough, market, which was nice.

Great find

Great value for an overnight stay, place was immaculately clean and exactly what you want. No windows but a skylight and more than I expected with tea/coffee and biscuits laid on for you - will definitely use again although I imagine in summer it would be stifling

The rooms are compact, but clean and safe, the all electronic key works well, but I never got the App to work. Rooms are a bit worn, but the biggest thing for me was the road noise, which is significant and there’s no double glazing.

as it is self check in service and it is important to have a internet connection to be able to enter the hotel and the room there is no staff on site the location is good and there us a bus stop very close to the property

Hadn't receieved any check in info, however the team on the end of the phone were helpful. Apart from the stay was only activated for 1 night instead of 3 which meant we couldn't access the room. Tbags etc weren't topped up on the Sunday which was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful when we saw them

Room only no window

A room with no window, convenient but no good if you have claustraphobia. It has power supplies next to the bed but you have to put the kettle on the floor to reach the plug. The shower is ok but small not good if over 6ft as the cubicle space is limited. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft which helped with the sleeping.

Nice room, temperamental app and noisy neighbour

Nice hotel, room is perfectly fine apart from no sound on the tv. The app used to open the room is temperamental to say the least but finally got the code to open the room door. Not the hotel's fault but woken up by people coming back to their room at about 11:30pm and then again at 5:25am by the guy in next room who clearly thought everyone needed to hear his music - either his tv sound was making up for mine or he'd brought his own speaker. Sleep not being an option had a cup of tea - nice tea/coffee selection and a decent size mug provided - then left 102 to his morning party set.

Cost effective but needs TLC

Convinent location. Bedding clean however divan frame heavily stained and walls very marked. Some nice extras such as shampoo, abundence tea coffee/ alternative milk. Poor plug placement, you have to boil kettle on the bed!!! Rooms like a sauna as no window and fan very poor. Location and hotel nice and quiet. Great wifi. Simple easy check in. You receive a whats app with virtual support which was great 24 hours prior.
